We want you to love your new pergola or gazebo. If there's an issue, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Products must be unused and in original packaging
• All hardware and documentation must be included
• Assembled structures may be subject to a restocking fee

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at info@roccosjoints.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions
3. Package the product securely in its original packaging
4. Ship the item back to us at the address provided
5. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return

Damaged or Defective Items

If your pergola or gazebo arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Large Item Returns

For large items such as pergolas and hardtop gazebos, we may arrange freight pickup for returns. Contact us for specific return shipping arrangements.
